Patron Code of Conduct
The Clyde Public Library welcomes the community to visit and use the library for recreational and informational purposes. Following these guidelines will help us to provide a pleasant and safe library for everyone.

Public Records Request
The Clyde Public Library Board of Trustees will make available any or all public records, defined in O.R.C. 149.43, detailing the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, or operations of the library to person(s) requesting information of the library records custodian.

Technology
Computers and Printers
The Library has eight computers devoted to unfiltered Internet access by patrons. To use one, you must have a signed Internet Usage Agreement consent form on file at the Reference Desk. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must also sign the form in the Library at the Reference Desk.
The Library also has ten tablet computers available for patrons to use in the Library.
Meeting Room Policy
The Clyde Public Library Board of Trustees strives to make the Library’s meeting room available to the community free of charge whenever possible. The Board has established the following rules for the use of the meeting room:
