Adult Services Librarian
The Clyde Public Library is seeking team- and patron-focused candidates for the full-time position of Adult Services Librarian.
The position will contribute to the evolving services to adults and young adults at the Clyde Public Library through collection development, programming, reference, and public access computer service. Reader’s advisory skills are necessary, and emerging technology aptitude is required.
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Salary range starting at $19.25 per hour, depending on experience.
The position includes paid vacation; medical insurance; life insurance; holiday, personal, and sick leave; and participation in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System.
-- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university is required; a Master’s Degree in Library Science from an American Library Association-accredited institution is preferred.
-- Previous library experience is a plus.
