2022 Kids Summer Reading

Children Summer Reading

Ocean of Possibilities!

Come and join us this summer at the Clyde Public Library for our summer reading club. Summer reading is free and open to all ages. Our goal is to encourage reading for fun. Weekly programs will be held on Mondays from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m., Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Please register for programs by calling 419-547-7174. Weekly programs will begin the week of June 6, 2022 with stories, crafts and guest speakers. When checking out library books at the circulation desk, kids will be able to pick a prize from a treasure chest!

Our online virtual summer reading program with Beanstack is continuing in 2022. With Beanstack, you can electronically log your minutes, hours or books that you read each day between June 6 and July 29. You will earn badges for reading. Badges will earn you tickets toward prize drawings at the end of summer reading. All prizes can be picked up at the Library. If you already have a Beanstack account, just sign in.

If you prefer to keep track of your reading manually, you can print this Reading Map. Don't have a printer? Pick up a record sheet at the library.

Happy Reading!!!
