Thank you for participating in the BroadbandOhio Internet Access Survey. The State of Ohio is eligible for a significant amount of federal funds to improve access to high-speed internet. To receive these funds, we need input from Ohio residents like you on the state of broadband in your communities.
This survey does not request or seek to collect any personal identifying information, and we ask you not provide any in any of the open responses. Participation is voluntary and you may stop answering questions at any point.
