KnowItNow

Know It Now is a live, online reference service. Professional librarians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your reference questions and assist you in finding information using both print and digital resources. Once you have logged on using your home zip code, you and a librarian engage in a "chat" session that features co-browsing capabilities. You can watch and participate as librarians navigate the Internet to find the answers to your questions. Librarians can also convert print documents into digital format and email these resources to you (limited by copyright restrictions). At the conclusion of each KnowItNow session, you will receive a complete transcript of your session via email that includes links to all Internet resources shared during that session. To learn more about this service, click on the light bulb on the KnowItNow site homepage.
